Race Package Pick Up
Saturday, November 25:  1:00pm-1:45pm  Jasper Museum – downstairs in the meeting room.

Start/Finish Location
The start and finish line will be on Pyramid Lake Road, just west of Bonhomme St., adjacent to the Jasper Activity Centre

Race Day Schedule:  Saturday November 25, 2023

1:00pm – 1:45pm: Late Package Pickup (start area).  Start area & baggage check open
1:45pm: Final Race Briefing
2:00pm: Full Pint Run Start
2:05pm: Half Pint Run Start
2:10pm: 5km Pino Run Start
2:15pm: 1km Run/Walk Start
3:45pm-: Finishers!
5:30pm- Happy hour! Pick your favorite spot!

Refund Policy

All entries are non-refundable.
NO Refunds or Rollovers will be offered for any reason.

Transfer of Entry To Another Person
Participants will have the opportunity to transfer their entry to another person online only.
The following will apply:

• ONLY online up to November 10
• NO transfer of entries will be accepted on Race Day
• Any unauthorized transfer of entries will be disqualified from the race
• A $10 fee will be charged for each transfer of entry

Donation

$5 from each entry will support our charity of choice.
Additional donations can be made during Online Registration.

Bib Numbers

Bib numbers contain information specific to you as a runner. Please ensure bib numbers are worn on the front and are visible by Race Marshals.

Timing
Chip timing will be used for all participants
*pending attendance.  Results may be manually calculated.

Pre Race
To be held at the event site.
Washroom and change facilities available within this area.
A baggage check will be available during the race.
Please do not bring valuables down to the event.

The Race Course

Starting on Pyramid Lake Road, adjacent to the Jasper Activity Centre.  Each Turnaround distance will be marked (it’s a water station!) and will have volunteers.  Please stay to the shoulder of the roadways at all times.  Be aware of road conditions and the weather.

Fluid Aid Stations
There will be  fluid aid stations along each route with both water AND sports drink at each station.
1 Aid Station on the 5k (turnaround)
3 Aid Stations on the 8k (2.5k, 4k, 6.5k)
5 Aid Stations on the16k (2.5k, 4k, 8k, 12k, 14.5k).
